About AgBio
Committed to finding solutions to sustainably feed a hungry and growing world, the College of Agriculture and Bioresources (AgBio) at the University of Saskatchewan (USask) is a leader in applied research and scholarship with expertise across four primary themes: Plants and Animals; Food, Feed and Bioproducts; Soil, Environment and Ecology; and Agribusiness and Applied Economics.
Our five departments provide the foundation for our broad array of research activities. With over a century of innovative products and practices that have transformed the world, AgBio plays a pivotal role in the agriculture and food industries and continues to build on a legacy of public engagement and cooperative partnerships.

To advance the responsible use of land, water and bioresources used to provide products and services that enhance quality of life.
Our students learn from a dedicated team of industry-leading researchers and attend class in one of the most modern and extensive facilities for agricultural science in the world. We have six degrees, four diplomas and three certificate programs to choose from at the undergraduate level and eight programs at the graduate level.
