Rural Design

Gardening General

2-hour online class. From design to plant material, rural landscaping IS different. If you can, work with a scale drawing of your existing yard. We'll begin with what you have now and work through a design, step-by-step. The focus will be on larger perennials, trees, shrubs and vines that "fit" a more expansive rural landscape where water may be limited.

$20 plus GST for a 2 hour, live-streamed class. Registration is for a single student in one household. If multiple students will be viewing from the same location, each additional student is $10. Course fees are non-refundable.

Class times are in Saskatchewan time - CST, no daylight savings. Registration closes one hour before the class starts. Register here or email us at conference.events@usask.ca. Office hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and any emails after this time will be answered the next business day.
