The webinar will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Saskatchewan time. Please note that Saskatchewan does not observe daylight saving time.
The class will be delivered live via Zoom and can be accessed from your computer, phone, or tablet. You will see the instructor and their presentation on screen and have an opportunity to ask questions. To participate in the Q&A, please ensure you're using the latest version of Zoom or join via web browser.
When you register, Zoom will send you a login link immediately so you can add it to your calendar. Reminder emails will be sent one week, one day, and one hour before the webinar.
You are welcome to register for as many of our free webinars as you like. While there is no limit on registration, attendance for each webinar is capped at 500 participants, so we recommend logging in on time to ensure your spot. This session will not be recorded.
About your instructor: Jessa Hughes is a lecturer in Horticultural Science within the Plant Science Department at the University of Saskatchewan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Science in Plant Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Jessa’s expertise lies in ornamental plants, urban agriculture, greenhouse production and landscape design.
