This class will run from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on the date listed. Please note that all class times are in Saskatchewan time. When you register, Zoom will send you a login link immediately for you to add to your calendar. You will get another reminder the day before class and one hour before class.

You are welcome to register for as many free classes as you want. An unlimited number of people can register but please be aware our attendance limit is 500 people so it is prudent to log in on time to ensure your spot. You will not receive a recording of this session.

About your Instructor

Dr. Murray Opdahl grew up in small town Saskatchewan, Birch Hills and Hanley, and completed high school at Saskatoon's Aden Bowman Collegiate. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with degrees in physical education and medicine, he practised general family practice for 12 years before moving into a sports medicine/chronic pain management practice. Dr. Opdahl is interested in climate change and is currently the co-chair of the Saskatchewan chapter of the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment. He enjoys gardening and plays multiple sports, including hockey, golf, disc golf, pickleball and scuba diving.

Format

This Zoom class is offered in an online, live-stream format that you can access from your computer, phone or tablet. Your distance class will include your instructor and their presentation live on-screen and an area where you can chat with fellow students or ask questions.
