This year's Arbor Week workshop explores the diverse health benefits of connecting to nature. Dr Murray Opdahl will introduce us to the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment (CAPE) and PaRx: Prescribing Nature to Improve Health. This class will run from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on the date listed. Please note that all class times are in Saskatchewan time. When you register, Zoom will send you a login link immediately for you to add to your calendar. You will get another reminder the day before class and one hour before class.
You are welcome to register for as many free classes as you want. An unlimited number of people can register but please be aware our attendance limit is 500 people so it is prudent to log in on time to ensure your spot. You will not receive a recording of this session.
