- Poster presentations this year will be displayed live and in-person at the conference venue. In the event that illness arises, and the presenter is unable to attend the live event, virtual presentations may be permitted.

Awards will be granted for graduate student oral and poster presentations. For students wishing to compete in the competition (oral, poster, or both), the judges will require a pdf file of your poster prior to the event to allow for consistent judging by all of the conference judges. Submit your pdf file to soils.crops@usask.ca or soilsandcropsconference@gmail.com
- Winners will be announced during the lunch break on day 2 of the two day event. If you are a successfull winner, a member of the organiziing committee will contact you with an invitation to attend the lunch to receive your award in person.
- Poster title submission will close February 16, 2024.
