- Presentations this year will be live and in-person at the conference venue. In the event that illness arises, and a speaker is unable to attend the live event, virtual presentations may be permitted.
- Awards will be granted for graduate student oral and poster presentations. Winners will be announced during the lunch break on day 2 of the two day event. If you are a successfull winner, a member of the organiziing committee will contact you with an invitation to attend the lunch to receive your award in person.
- Oral title submission will close January 12, 2024.
