Lands Advisory Board First Nations Land Management Resource Center (LABRC)
LAB & RC support First Nations communities in Canada to regain control over their lands, natural resources, and environment through the Framework Agreement on First Nation Land Management. The RC helps First Nations exercise their Inherent Right to Govern their Lands, Environment and Resources.
Saskatchewan Aboriginal Land Technicians (SALT)
SALT, established in 1995, is governed by an all-Indigenous board with land management expertise and includes a representative from ISC. It provides technical support and services to all First Nations, including those under FNLM and RLEMP regimes, aiming to empower communities to manage their lands and territories while respecting local customs.

The Redberry Lake Biosphere Region (RLBR) is one of 19 biosphere regions across Canada and the only one in Saskatchewan!
In 2000, Redberry Lake- Mihkomin sâkahikan received its UNESCO designation as a biosphere region. It is part of a global network of 702 locations in 124 countries within the traditional territories of more than 50 Indigenous Nations. We welcome all visitors to explore, get involved with and discover our unique corner of the world!
