Abstract Guidelines:
- Please follow the format shown in the examples provided below.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (not including the title, authors, and respected affiliations).
- Abstracts must be submitted on the Abstract Submission page no later than February 16, 2024.
- Graduate students must submit an abstract to be scheduled to give a presentation.

This is a sample abstract to demonstrate the format. The body of the abstract (not including the title, authors, and respected affiliations) should not exceed 300 words. An abstract should contain an introduction to the subject and a description of the problem, objectives, brief results (if you have any), and conclusions made to this point. Abstracts should be single-spaced. Abbreviations must be spelled in full the first time they are mentioned in the title or abstract. Cultivar names are to have single quotation marks around them every time they are mentioned. Include all authors who have contributed to your research and indicate the affiliations of each author. The main (presenting) author should be listed first. Abstracts are due February 16, 2024.
