Agriculture and Bioresources has a rich history of accomplished alumni, research milestones and international influence. Over 11,000 students have graduated from the College of Agriculture and Bioresources since the college opened in 1912. Below you will find some helpful information.
The Saskatchewan Agricultural Graduates' Association (SAGA) is an organization that supports graduates of the college. The SAGA has been active in many ways: it was of major assistance during the fund raising period for the new agriculture building in the 1980's; it was a founding member of the Saskatchewan Agricultural Hall of Fame in 1971-72 and it has supported student activities with both financial and volunteer help. Each year, SAGA organizes a reunion for all alumni and through this event, some reunion classes have funded endowments and/or scholarships that benefit students and the college. For more information about the reunion event, or to contact a SAGA executive member, please see their website.
